The Boardwalk will be on your right along the riverfront

Parking

The Louisiana Boardwalk offers complimentary parking across multiple surface lots and a covered parking garage on the property. The garage spans four levels, with elevator access available to travel between floors and the ground level.

Lost & Found

If you’ve misplaced an item while visiting The Boardwalk, please contact Guest Services using the information below. Items turned in by tenants or security are logged and stored for a limited time.

Security & Safety

The Boardwalk is patrolled by on-site security to help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, tenants and visitors. In addition, a Bossier City Police substation is located in the parking garage nearest Regal Cinema, providing an added layer of on-site support.

Yes. The Boardwalk property is open daily. Individual store, restaurant and entertainment hours vary by tenant.

Is Parking Free?

Yes. Parking at The Boardwalk is free for guests unless otherwise noted during special events.

Are pets Allowed?

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted at The Boardwalk, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA. Individual tenants may have additional policies within their leased spaces.

Is The Boardwalk Family-Friendly?

Absolutely. The Boardwalk offers dining, shopping, entertainment and seasonal events suitable for all ages.
